Before becoming a fully trained sports therapist, she was an elite swimmer at the University of Bath, competing in major UK and international events and training over 26 hours per week. As a high-performing athlete, she frequently dealt with sports-related injuries and fatigue, becoming very familiar with physiotherapy and massage. Rebecca subsequently suffered from a significant injury which ended her swimming career, but in turn, fired the enthusiasm and passion to healing and treating people who may be experiencing pain due to injury or the stress of our society.

Rebecca takes a comprehensive approach to treatments, listening to your symptoms and assessing areas of concern to effectively find and treat the root cause of pain with massage, biomechanics, and rehabilitation.Her treatments are for everyone, addressing injury rehabilitation, persistent aches, lack of mobility, or stress. These issues impact muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, affecting movement and exercise.
She provides the best possible care, including personalised rehabilitation exercises and stretching programs, to ensure successful and lasting results.

Joe is a Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) health, injury rehabilitation, and athletic performance. He has a diverse background, including roles within the NHS at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children and RUH Bath, as well as in elite sport spending time with Northampton Saints and Newport Dragons RFC.
His experience as a competitive rugby player and time spent in the CrossFit box gives him a unique understanding of the demands of elite performance, fueling his passion for helping others recover and reach their full potential.
Joe has recently returned to the UK having played rugby in Vancouver, Canada. Outside of rugby Joe has a keen interest in all things health, fitness and the great outdoors having recently completed the Vancouver Half Marathon and setting his sights on a the hyrox 2026 season.

Luke has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and is Level 3 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Since qualifying, Luke has worked with marathon runners, power lifters and with Bath Rugby.
He has played many sports over the years, with a main focus in rugby and weightlifting. Through physical application in sport and studying his degree, Luke has excellent understanding in biomechanics and the application of the body in different exercises and sports.
Through experiencing a plethora of injuries that have caused set backs and required rehabilitation he wants to focus on helping everyone achieve their physical potential and live a healthy happy life injury free.
